The 5-Day Authority Reset
Five days of intensive private work covering the full communication architecture: executive presence, media performance, boardroom authority, crisis readiness, and narrative construction. Includes live media simulation and boardroom rehearsal with Kevin’s team. For leaders undergoing a significant transition — new role, new market, new level of scrutiny.
The Council
A private three-day intensive for a single institution’s leadership team — up to eight executives from the same organisation, family office, or group. All participants sign a non-disclosure agreement. All work is built around real shared material. This is not a workshop. It is a closed preparation for a leadership unit that must communicate as one.

A twelve-month retained advisory relationship with Kevin.
