The Problem This Keynote Solves
The problem is not the absence of purpose; it is the distance between the purpose an organisation declares and the culture it lives. People notice that gap immediately. When the stated values and the daily reality do not match, the statement does not just fail to inspire, it actively breeds cynicism, because people see leadership saying one thing and rewarding another.
In Thailand, where many organisations carry a founder's purpose and a strong sense of the company as something like a family, that gap is felt keenly. A younger generation that wants the purpose to be real will disengage quietly if it turns out to be decoration, and in a culture where people may not say so directly, leaders often do not realise the belief has drained away.
Kevin's keynote works in that gap. It shows leaders how to make purpose live in the behaviour, decisions and culture of the organisation, so the words on the wall describe how the place actually runs.
