What To Look For While You Watch
When you watch a keynote speaker, watch the room as much as the speaker. Does the audience lean in or drift? Does the energy hold across the whole talk or only in the opening minute? Does the speaker read the room and adjust, or deliver the same set piece regardless? These are the things that decide whether your event lands, and they only show in full footage.
Watch, too, for how complex ideas are handled. The strongest motivational speakers make hard things simple and leave a room thinking after the session ends, rather than entertaining for an hour that fades by the car park. That quality is visible on film if you know to look for it.
The talks on this page are chosen to let you make exactly those judgements. Watch a full arc, not a clip, and you have seen the product you would be booking.
